This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Knucks Out. Most items are produced on demand and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful.

1) Made-to-order items

Because most of our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (for example: ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item).

2) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund.

  • To request help, email us at info@knucksout.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem (and packaging photos if the item arrived damaged)

3) Lost packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check your mailbox/parcel locker, building office/front desk, neighbors, and the carrier’s tracking details. If it still has not arrived, contact us at info@knucksout.com. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

4) Wrong address or undeliverable shipments

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or insufficient, we can help arrange a reshipment; additional shipping costs may apply. In some cases, returned packages may not be recoverable.

5) Size issues and exchanges

Because products are made to order, we typically do not offer free returns or exchanges for sizing issues (for example: wrong size ordered). Please consult the size chart on each product page before purchasing.

If you would like, we may be able to offer a one-time courtesy option (such as a discounted replacement or store credit). Any courtesy option is at our discretion.

6) Returns – do not send items back without approval

Do not mail items back unless we explicitly instruct you to do so. Many issues are resolved with photo verification, and return addresses can vary. Unapproved returns may be lost and may not be eligible for a refund.

7) Refunds

If your refund is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error or defect on our side.

8) EU/UK consumer notice (right of withdrawal)

If you are in the EU/UK, you may have statutory rights. However, made-to-order or personalized goods can be exempt from standard withdrawal (cooling-off) rules depending on the item and jurisdiction. If you have questions, contact us at info@knucksout.com
