Shipping Policy Knucks Out

At Knucks Out, all products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner Printful. This means each item is produced after you place your order, then shipped to you.
1) Where we ship
We ship to the destinations supported by our fulfillment partners and carriers. Available shipping options and delivery destinations will appear at checkout. Shipping availability may vary by product and destination.
2) Fulfillment (production) time
Most orders are fulfilled (printed/packed) within 2-5 business days. Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time.
3) Shipping time (transit)
After fulfillment, delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination. Typical shipping times:
- Domestic: 1-8 business days
- International: 1-20 business days
Estimated delivery time is fulfillment time + shipping time (estimates, not guarantees).
4) Shipping costs and methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on items, destination, and the shipping method available for that order.
5) Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (when available). Tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to appear after the carrier first scans the package.
6) Address changes / wrong addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize there’s an error, contact us immediately at info@knucksout.com.
Address updates may only be possible while the order is still being fulfilled. Once an order is shipped,
the address can’t be changed.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for
reshipping costs.
7) Customs, duties, and taxes (international)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges assessed by your country. These fees are not controlled by us and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
8) Lost packages, damaged items, and shipping issues
If your order arrives damaged/defective, or appears lost in transit, contact us at info@knucksout.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, we’ll help you with next steps (checking around the property, asking neighbors/front desk, and contacting the carrier), but replacement/refund may not be available once the carrier marks it delivered.
9) Delays
Shipping and fulfillment timelines are estimates and can be affected by peak seasons, weather events, carrier delays, customs, or supply constraints.
