Return Policy Knucks Out

At knucks Out most products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner Printful. Because items are made specifically for each customer, our return policy is limited to issues such as misprints, defects, or damage, and certain shipping-related problems, as described below.

1) Returns & exchanges (change of mind / wrong size)

Because items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or changed mind. Please review product details and size charts before ordering. Exceptions may apply if required by law.

2) Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@knucksout.com. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging (if damaged). If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. In many cases, you may not need to return the item.

3) Lost in transit

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We may work with Printful and the carrier to confirm the package status and determine a replacement or other remedy.

4) Delivered but not received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please:

  • Check around your property and any secure mail areas.
  • Ask neighbors, household members, or your building/front desk.
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If the package still cannot be found, email us at info@traveledhi.com. Replacement/refund may not be
available once the carrier marks it delivered.

5) Returned to sender / insufficient address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you may be responsible for reshipping costs. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

6) Policy exceptions (where required by law)

Some countries provide additional consumer rights (for example, certain cancellation rights). If local law provides you with a right to return an item, we will comply with applicable legal requirements.

Please include: your order number, the item(s) affected, a description of the problem, and photos (if
applicable).
