Terms and Conditions Knucks Out

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of knucksout.com (the “Site”) and any purchases from Knucks Out. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) About our fulfillment (Printful)

We use a print-on-demand fulfillment provider, Printful, to print, pack, and ship many of our products.  Products are generally made to order, meaning they are produced after you place an order.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have permission from a parent/guardian) to purchase from this Site.

3) Orders, order acceptance, and cancellations

Order acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel orders for any reason (including suspected fraud, inventory/production constraints, or errors).

Cancellations/changes: Because items are made to order, changes or cancellations may only be possible before fulfillment begins. Contact us immediately at info@traveledhi.com if you need help.

4) Pricing, payments, and taxes

Prices are shown on the Site in [USD} unless stated otherwise.

We may correct pricing or listing errors, even after an order is submitted (and will contact you if that impacts your order).

Taxes/VAT (if applicable) may be added at checkout depending on your location and local law.

5) Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, peak season, customs processing, weather, or other factors.

Address accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an insufficient/incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

6) Returns, refunds, and replacements (made-to-order policу)

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or changed mind unless required by law.

Quality issues / damaged or defective items: If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will work with Printful to offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. Claims for damaged/defective items must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Lost in transit: If your order appears lost in transit, contact us. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Delivered but not received: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package, we’ll help you with next steps, but replacement/refund may not be available once the carrier marks it delivered.

Special legal rights: Some countries may provide additional cancellation rights (for example, “right to regret” rules).

7) Product descriptions, colors, and sizing

We try to display product colors and images accurately, but colors may look different due to screen settings and printing processes. Placement and sizing may vary slightly due to production methods. Please review size charts and product details before ordering.

8) Intellectual property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, product designs, and images) is owned by or licensed to Knucks Out and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our written permission.

9) Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes; attempt to interfere with Site security or functionality; submit false information, impersonate others, or engage in fraud.

10) User submissions (if applicable)

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use, display, and share that content for business purposes (unless prohibited by law). You represent that you own the rights to what you submit.

11) Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent allowed by law. We disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where not permitted.

12) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knucks Out will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits/revenue, arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order (or the minimum amount allowed by law, whichever is greater).

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Traveled Hi from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

14) Privaсy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

15) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hawaii USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be brought in the courts located in Hawaii USA, uniess applicable law requires otherwise.

16) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when changes were made. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
